The Landings is a large exclusive gated community with custom homes featuring a variety of architectural styles and beautifully landscaped grounds. Styles consist of southern lowcountry, colonial, federal and traditional ranch. Homes at The Landings range in price from $200,000 to over $1,000,000. The community is noted for its outstanding recreational facilities. Wilmington Park is a prestigious community built in the 1960's. It has long been considered one of the best places to live in Savannah. The landscaping is beautiful with magnificent trees. Prices of the homes here in Wilmington Park vary according to age and location. Homes on the golf course or near the country club are higher priced. Some homes are in the $1,000,000 range although others are a lot more modestly priced.
