The Landings The Landings is a large exclusive gated community with custom homes featuring a variety of architectural styles and beautifully landscaped grounds. Styles consist of southern lowcountry, colonial, federal and traditional ranch. The Landings Homes at The Landings range in price from $200,000 to over $1,000,000. The community is noted for its outstanding recreational facilities. The island features two deep-water marinas, six private 18-hole golf courses, 34 tennis courts, fitness center and, four clubhouses.


The Cottages at Causton Bluff.

Causton Bluff Causton Bluff is a gated community that is known for its solitude and serenity. This community offers townhouses from $160,000 and individual homes for $200,000+. Causton Bluff The development is in the final phase. Interior, lagoon, or waterfront lots are available. Causton Bluff is located 10 minutes to downtown Savannah and 20 minutes by boat to the intercoastal. Deep-water access is available.


Long Pointe

Long Point Long Pointe is a delightful gated community with ponds, gazebo’s, docks, great landscaping and nicely spaced homes located 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. Boating facilities include dry boat storage, private dock, and deep-water slips. Turner's Cove is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, retail facilities, and churches.


Dutch Island

Dutch Island Dutch Island is a well established exclusive gated community that is a true Island. Spacious homes with pristine lawns and traditional architecture can be found throughout Dutch Island. Creeks, rivers and salt marshes run around and through the Island. Dutch Island's 250 acres is home to alligators in the marshes, raccoons, unspoiled countryside and quiet roads. Dutch Island It is located south of downtown with approximately a 15-minute commute. Although there are many styles of homes here the three main styles of homes in this community are low country, traditional, and contemporary. Average prices of homes for Dutch Island range from $200,000 to $2,000,000. The price depends mainly on whether your home is on the waterfront.
