Lone Star Ranch is a 4,000-acre master-planned community. The Ranch is beautifully situated among rolling hills with ten miles of frontage on Lewisville Lake in Frisco. The development is planned to offer all the amenities of a self-contained city so that upon completion, more than 50,000 people will live in single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments on the Ranch. They’ll also work at neighborhood employment centers, shop in community retail centers, learn in Lone Star Ranch schools, play along the extensive trail system, in neighborhood parks and at the Lone Star Ranch Amenity Centers.
The first phase of Lone Star Ranch includes four distinct neighborhood settings,
Quail Meadow Village, Lake Hill Village, Saddle Brook Village and Stone Creek Village.
Dozens of additional communities are planned in the future.
Lone Star Ranch has a long history in the horse business. Once a Quarter Horse breeding farm, the Ranch has two indoor arenas, six outdoor arenas, three covered pens, two exercise tracks, more than five miles of trails, several miles of lanes for riding, a picnic park, an office building with meeting facilities, and an on-site veterinary hospital for routine vet work and breeding.
