In 1991 They discovered that there was in increasing desire to build mid-range CUSTOM homes that would utilize the same craftsmanship and personal service of Sanders & Associates. Thus, Huntington Homes was born. As a newborn, Huntington Homes created homes for 43 happy homeowners in 1991 and anticipated building over 400 homes in 1999. Huntington Homes, Sanders & Associates Custom Homes, and Winfield Homes, all highly custom oriented, build in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
