College Park is not only home to two colleges but also Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport and the Georgia International Convention and Trade Center.

Jonesboro is the county seat for Clayton County. Jonesboro is rich in Confederate history and legends of the South.

You can find homes of all styles in Jonesboro. Lake Spivey provides an attraction for golf communities. Prices of homes range form $70,000 to $300,000.

Morrow is conveniently located close to I-75, which makes it a prime location for new home development. Shopping is excellent in Morrow. You can enjoy the Southlake Mall that contains over 120 shops. In addition you can enjoy programs at Spivey Hall, a new state-of-the-art concert hall, located on Clayton State College grounds.

While Riverdale is a classic old south community it starting to become a thriving business metropolis. It is conveniently located close to Interstate 85, within close proximity to Hartsfield International Airport, and the Georgia International Convention and Trade Center.

As in many of Clayton County communities there are several charming new subdivisions where homes can be purchased at very reasonable prices. Home prices generally range from $70,000 to the high $100,000's.
